The goal of Changing Parma is to raise the awareness level of Parma residents on issues of concern in Town and County government that affect Parma.
It is a tool to bring information to the voters of Parma and district 1 and to help people make more informed decisions on Election day. Changing Parma hopes that citizens will get more involved in the local government that affects them most.
